Software Version 3.1.8.37048
 - added location to asset with location maintenance
 - converted asset make/model to lookup with make/model maintenance
 - TargetAssetScan integration with Send and Receive using OpenNETCF Desktop Communication library
 - kb’s now have kb categories with kb category maintenance
 - assets now have location and allocation change audit history
 - update view_ticket_list to resolve potential divide by zero when no time on sla for response/resolve
 - revised the ticket/tab recycling mechanism which now gives much improved response times and memory management
