 - SLA Id exposed on SLA and reports (Toshiba Change Control)
 - custom set SLA id and Kb id as well as ticket id from within maintenance options
 - added date table and view for storing dates such as holidays and bookings
 - theme setting re-invoked on ticket screen which controls custom eg. US date format m/d/y
 - custom fields of type “date” can now click on a “none”-date button from calendar to blank out a date
 - includes new calculated ticket info for web portal – time remaining percent
 - fixed asset reporting by category was showing ticket categories instead of asset categories
